  •     1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  •     1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  •     1 teaspoon lemon zest, from one lemon
  •     1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon
  •     1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
