Double Chocolate Junior Mint and Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s 100% Dark Chocolate, unsweetened)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 4 ounce box junior mints
